RETURN POLICY

Orders placed on Guniwheel.com after January 1, 2023, are fulfilled by Zip’s AW Direct. Please review the following Return Policy.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item you have received, please contact 1-800-381-1029.

All orders received require immediate review by the customer for any damage or loss of product. Such errors need to be reported within 10 days of delivery and will require photographs of said damage/loss.

All new and unused returns must be reported within 45 days by calling in, or notifying us by email. Special order parts, discontinued items, electronic parts, customized apparel, custom-made products/accessories, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Zip’s AW Direct will send a UPS label on all returns unless determined otherwise. The label fees for situations where the customer had ordered incorrectly will be deducted upon receipt and crediting of that return. All products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to the issuance of a credit or refund.

If an item is accepted for a return, you may receive full credit minus the call tag, equal exchange, or replacement of the item. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Certain conditions, including a restocking fee, may apply.

Orders shipped to international addresses do not qualify for returns.

WARRANTY

GUNIWHEEL products come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty against any defect determined to be a result of manufacturing. All warranties offered with a part are between the manufacturer and the purchaser but are handled through Zip’s AW Direct, the master distributor.
